By using sidradar.com or signing up for our alerts, you accept the terms below.
1. The service
SIDRADAR is an information service. We find airfares below their usual price and share them with our subscribers. We do not sell plane tickets and do not book travel on behalf of subscribers. All bookings are made directly with the airline or agency you choose, under its own terms.
2. Prices and availability
- Prices are for round-trip flights, taxes included, in the currency of the departure airport, at the time we checked them.
- Fares change constantly; a deal may rise or disappear within hours.
- The "regular price" and discount are estimates based on usually observed prices.
- We do not guarantee a price will still be available when you book.
3. Mistake fares
An airline may cancel a ticket sold at a fare published by mistake, even after booking. Wait for final ticket confirmation before booking non-refundable services.
4. Links to other sites
Some links may be affiliate links: if you book through them, we may earn a commission at no cost to you. This does not influence which deals we publish.
5. Free plan, Premium and the first-100 offer
The free plan can be cancelled at any time. The first 100 people who confirmed their subscription will get the Premium plan free for life from its launch, as long as their subscription remains active. Prices and terms of the paid Premium plan will be clearly presented before any payment.
6. Acceptable use
You agree not to subscribe someone else's address without their consent and not to resell the content of our alerts. You may forward our emails to friends and family for personal use.
7. Liability
To the extent permitted by law, SIDRADAR is not liable for losses caused by a price change or by an airline cancelling a flight or ticket. Nothing here limits your rights under Quebec's Consumer Protection Act.
8. Governing law and language
These terms are governed by the laws of Quebec and Canada. This is a translation; if there is any discrepancy, the French version prevails.
